Facil makes your building, office, store, or location more comfortable. It keeps temperatures more stable. For example, on hot days, spaces are often over- or under- cooled. Facil keeps temperatures more stable.

3. What cloud-platform is required?

We pride ourselves in being cloud-agnostic. We can also run in on-prem or private cloud architectures.

3. How much does it cost?

We have several pricing models depending on what types of systems and how many locations. We have a pay as you go model. Stop the service at anytime, for any reason, without penalty.

4. Can we demo the system or can you do a proof-of-concept?

We can show the system in-action, and we can set up proof of concepts so you can try before you buy and see the savings.

5. Will it work with my existing HVAC system?

We work with most HVAC systems. It can be a large commercial installation with chillers and cooling towers, or it could be a small store with traditional roof-top units (RTUs), or even traditional central air-conditioning systems.

6. Will it work with my existing BMS system?

We integrate with and add value to any existing Building Management System. If you’re installation is small, a BMS is not required.
